Liverpool Lib Dems smash 3000 Doorstep Contacts target 

The Liverpool Liberal Democrats made a massive 3257 doorstep contacts between the 1st and 31st August, exceeding their target of 3,000. Liverpool came top in door-knocking across the country.

Group Leader, Cllr Carl Cashman, celebrated the local party’s success and pointed out their ambition to win big next May in the Liverpool City Council Elections. 

Cllr Carl Cashman, Leader of the Liverpool Liberal Democrats, said:

“I’m blown away by the hard work of our team. It’s a massive number that we’ve hit, and it shows that we are ambitious in Liverpool; we are speaking to more voters than ever before. 

“Our ambition is to win big next year. We want to take control of Liverpool, and we are working towards that one doorstep conversation at a time.”
