Andrew Makinson - Sunday Rail cuts - Liverpool Liberal Democrats

Andrew Makinson is leading calls to restore Sunday rail services at West Allerton & Mossley Hill Stations.

Northern Rail introduced an “emergency timetable,” cutting local rail services to every 2 hours on Sundays. More than a year later, this temporary measure risks becoming permanent.

“We need more frequent local rail services, but reversing these cuts should be the first step,” says Andrew.
