At the General Election last May, Labour promised to re-build The Royal Liverpool and Alder Hey Hospitals.
Now, Labour are backtracking on that promise - claiming plans are “under review”. With building costs increasing and NHS hospitals in London going bankrupt it is doubted that Labour can afford to keep their promises.
