LIBERAL DEMOCRAT GROUP SHOW SUPPORT FOR ANTI-HOMOPHOBIA MARCH IN LIVERPOOL

In light of the recent homophobic attack on PC James Parkes in October, Liverpool City Council’s ruling Liberal Democrat Group welcome the anti-homophobia march taking place in Liverpool this Sunday.

Commenting on this, Leader Warren Bradley said:

We were all shocked and appalled by the recent attack on PC James Parkes. Our city prides itself on our rich, diverse culture and we will not stand for violent attacks such as this one.

“We are proud to support the anti-homophobic march taking place this weekend, and urge as many people as possible to go along and show their support.”
