Lib Dems will give her the care she needs

Lib Dem Liverpool has been praised for investing in care for elderly  residents while Labour & Tory Councils are cutting services.

So called “Moderate Care” (help with things like washing, cooking & shopping so the elderly can stay in their own homes) was axed by Labour when they last ran Liverpool.

A recent survey found 73% of English Councils have scrapped Moderate Care because of cuts in Government funding.

But  the Liberal Democrats reversed this Labour cut and brought back Moderate Care.

Kensington & Fairfield Councillor Frank Doran says, “Reversing this cruel Labour cut was one of my proudest moments as your local Councillor.”

“It makes me sick to think that Labour could threaten to cut this vital service again.”
